Classic Cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier — the same mix as classic Champagne. Made by the traditional method with long lees ageing.
Golden colour, persistent bubbles. Green apples, citrus, brioche, hazelnut and a trace of honey on the nose. Fuller-bodied than the Blanc de Blancs, with a fine mousse, balanced acidity and a finish that draws in the brioche note.
