Blanc de Blancs 2016
Chardonnay on greensand and clay over sandstone bedrock.
English sparkling from 100% Chardonnay, traditional method. Creamy texture, citrus, green apples and white flowers, with brioche from the lees ageing.

The selection is deliberately narrow. We travel to the producers in the Mosel, East Sussex and Portugal, taste through what they have, and bring in only the wines we would want on our own table. If in doubt, we leave it out.

The wines on sale are in Vinmonopolet's special-order range. They are not on the shelves, but can be ordered at polet.no or in your local store and collected there a few days later, at no extra cost.

We run wine tastings for clubs, companies and private parties in the Stavanger region. We bring the wines and talk you through the producers, the regions and the soils they come from.
