Dry Riesling from a Grosses Gewächs classified site. Notes of slate, red apple and apricot, with a finish that carries the slate through.
Sparkling Mosel · Germany
Riesling sekt made by the traditional method, 36 months on the lees. Golden, with brioche, green apples, pomegranate and orange marmalade.
Red wine Mosel · Germany
German Pinot Noir from the Mosel. Soft tannins, ripe cherries and forest berries. Medium-bodied, with both structure and fresh fruit.
White wine East Sussex · England
Chardonnay from chalk soil in Sussex. Lime and citrus, integrated oak from barrel ageing, and 12 months on the lees with bâtonnage.
Red wine East Sussex · England
English Pinot Noir aged 10 months in French Burgundy barrels. Red berries, spice and a light oak note.
White wine Mosel · Germany
Off-dry Riesling — "Feinherb" marks a touch of residual sweetness that balances the acidity. Fresh, and a good match for spiced food and blue cheese.

Pinot Gris in an English version. Citrus, apple and freshly picked pear, with creamy texture from long lees ageing.

Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder) in a dry style. White flowers and ripe pear on the nose. Fresh, with a round mouthfeel. Works well with shellfish and light seafood.
Rosé East Sussex · England
Still rosé from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, aged 12 months on the lees. Wild berries, fruit, and lower alcohol.
White wine Mosel · Germany
Riesling from parcels of red slate — more warmth and depth in the soil than the more common blue slate. Clean, mineral and fresh.
