White wine East Sussex · England
Medieval Monk Pinot Gris
Pinot Gris in an English version. Citrus, apple and freshly picked pear, with creamy texture from long lees ageing.
Mousehall / Tidebrook · East Sussex, England
English Pinot Noir aged 10 months in French Burgundy barrels. Red berries, spice and a light oak note.
English Pinot Noir is still a fairly new chapter. Tidebrook takes its cues from Burgundy, both in the vinification and the barrel choice: 10 months in French Burgundy oak.
Light ruby red, typical of cool-climate Pinot Noir. Red berries, cherry, redcurrant and a trace of spice and oak on the nose. Lighter in style, with soft tannins and fresh acidity. Try it lightly chilled.
