Brauneberger Kammer Feinherb
Off-dry Riesling — "Feinherb" marks a touch of residual sweetness that balances the acidity. Fresh, and a good match for spiced food and blue cheese.
Mosel, Germany
Klaus and Christa Jüngling farm slate vineyards in the central Mosel, including Brauneberger Kammer, which the family owns in its entirety.
Klaus and Christa Jüngling took over Weingut Paulinshof in 1969 and have built it up over several decades. The vineyards sit in the central Mosel — parcels in Kestener Paulinshofberger, Brauneberger Juffer, Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr, and Brauneberger Kammer, which the family owns in full (Lage im Alleinbesitz).
The soil is slate, the slopes are steep, and the grapes are picked by hand.
