Rosé Reserve
English sparkling rosé from East Sussex, 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier, traditional method. Strawberry and red summer berries, toasted brioche, a fine mousse and a crisp finish.

Rosé Reserve is made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier by the traditional method. Mainly the 2020 vintage with a little reserve wine blended in. Fermented in stainless steel and oak, with long lees ageing before disgorgement.
Light pink colour with a fine, soft mousse. Strawberry and red summer berries on the nose with a touch of toasted brioche. Berry fruit, ripe apple and lemon zest on the palate, with a crisp finish.
