Sparkling rosé made by the traditional method from 67% Pinot Noir and 33% Pinot Meunier. The grapes were hand-picked 9-14 October 2023 in the south-facing vineyard on greensand and clay. The Pinot Meunier had extended skin contact.
Pink colour. Red berries, fresh acidity and a dry finish, with 1.4 g/l residual sugar. As an aperitif or with shellfish.
