Six Petals is a still rosé from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, two of the three Champagne grapes. Extended lees contact in tank gives more texture than you tend to expect from a rosé.
Pale pink. Wild strawberries, raspberries, rhubarb and a trace of herbs on the nose. Light on the palate, with fresh acidity and a fruit-driven finish. As an aperitif or with light summer food.
