Still rosé from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, aged 12 months on the lees. Wild berries, fruit, and lower alcohol.
Six Petals is a still rosé from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier — two of the three Champagne grapes. 12 months on the lees gives more texture than you tend to expect from a rosé. The lower alcohol (11%) makes it a summer wine in practice.
Pale pink. Wild strawberries, raspberries, rhubarb and a trace of herbs on the nose. Light on the palate, with fresh acidity and a fruit-driven finish. As an apéritif or with light summer food.
