Riesling sekt made by the traditional method, 36 months on the lees. Golden, with brioche, green apples, pomegranate and orange marmalade.
Riesling Sekt Brut is made by the traditional method — the same process as Champagne. 36 months on the lees (tirage) gives a creamy texture and yeast notes from autolysis.
Golden colour, persistent bubbles. Brioche, toasted bread, green apples, pomegranate and orange marmalade on the nose. A fine mousse and balanced acidity on the palate, with a finish that holds. As an apéritif or for a celebration.
Klaus and Christa Jüngling farm slate vineyards in the central Mosel, including Brauneberger Kammer, which the family owns in its entirety.
