Fata's entry red blends the four red grapes the estate grows: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Tinta Roriz. The grapes are foot-trodden in lagares, and the wine rests in stainless steel and briefly in used wood before natural stabilisation and a light filtration.
The producer describes it as balanced, with fruit and freshness, good structure and a pleasant finish. 13% alcohol, 2.5 g/l residual sugar and 5.4 g/l acidity. Serve at 16-18 °C with light meat or fish dishes.
