Pinot Blanc — Weissburgunder in German — is a versatile grape with good structure and moderate acidity.
Pale yellow. White flowers, ripe pear, green apples and a hint of almond on the nose. Dry on the palate, with a round mouthfeel and balanced acidity that makes it easy to pair. Clean finish with fruit and mineral undertones.
