Spätburgunder is German for Pinot Noir, and this rosé comes from Bauer's parcels in Brauneberg in the Middle Mosel. "Trocken" means dry: residual sugar sits at 4.2 g/l, and the 5.3 g/l acidity keeps it poised.

Pale salmon. Strawberry, raspberry and white flowers on the nose. Light on the palate, with a dry, fruit-driven finish. Chill well and serve as an aperitif, or with shellfish or light meat.
